Spring Half-term

Copy of SeeSaw news post

Hello Families

Happy Chinese New Year to you all for today! I'm looking forward to having a chinese take-away for my tea tonight to celebrate. Yummy!

Well you have all made it to the end of the half-term and I want to tell you all you are all fabulous. I am very proud of the little people working on their tasks and want to congratulate you all on managing the home learning on top of everything else. I am sure you are all looking forward to the next half term and getting back to some sort of routine and 'normality' being able to bring them to school. We are looking forward to seeing all of you too. I will still be using this Seesaw platform to communicate with you. We will share some of the things we are doing in class with you by continuing to upload pictures on the childrens accounts. We plan to 'operate' our class just as we did before Christmas, To help us do our best to remain open, it is so very important that we all follow the Government rules whilst going about our daily lives both at school and whilst not at school. No mixing/socialising outside of school (visitors, play dates or sleepovers) Wear a mask and social distance on the yard. Keeping other children close by so as not to mix family or class 'bubbles'. One person to drop-off & collect children to keep numbers on yard down and distancing easier. If we all - staff, and families, follow these rules, we hope we will not have to close again either to isolate because of exposure or the R rate getting too high triggering closure by the government again. If we all do our best then hopefully the government will open the juniors (KeyStage2) soon after.

Have a lovely half-term, free of home learning and we will see you all here on 22/2/2021 at 8.45am.

Stay safe everyone

Hugs for our little people.
