I've not been on here for a few weeks now due to loading everything on to Seesaw.Just in case there is anyone struggling to access Seesaw I thought I would pop a message on here.
Seesaw is proving popular with parents and we staff are getting to grips with it too. The wifi internet at school has been crashing or not working at all. County are due in this week to fix the problem so cross your fingers for us! If anyone is still not on seesaw please let us know and we can help you get logged on and download the APP.
Thank you for wearing odd socks today to highlight Anti-bullying. We will be talking about what makes a good friend and how we can all be good friends to each other. We will also be chatting ablout when things go wrong in our friendships and what we can do to try and fix fall outs.
This Friday is our first Birthday Celebration event. All the children that have had a birthday this term or have one coming in December will have a fuss made of them. All the children can come to school in party clothes and we will all enjoy some party food and games. We staff will provide everything there is no need for you to send in anything but thank you to those of you who have offered.
Christmas will be very different in school this yearWe will not be able to hold our popular Christmas Fayre at The Tavern and we are unable to do the traditional nativity story performance
Usually this nativity preparation is something us staff get very stressed about, but we would give anything to be able to be doing it 'as normal' this year and I for one will never moan about it again! Instead this year we will be holding a carol and christmas song concert in class that we will video and put on to the Seesaw and school website. We will let you know the date in plenty of time and on that date children will be able to come to school in christmas clothes or a costume that's christmas themed.
As always please get in touch via phone, email, Seesaw or a msg at the gate for me to get in touch with you.
Stay safe everyone
Mrs Mac
